My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite big, had plenty of storage space, and were always at a good warm temperature. However, the service was poor, with staff appearing disinterested and unhelpful. On the positive side, the location was amazing, just a short walk to all amenities and the ski lift.
