The room was very clean, and slippers were provided. the tea selection was good, and i liked the real milk in the mini fridge. breakfast was amazing!!! the buffet included a cooked breakfast and continental options. menu items, and all were plentiful. getting into the city was easy. The bus stop is at the bottom of the drive.
the pod coffee machine was just a novelty. i feel a regular coffee machine would have been better.

The location is excellent. I could not have asked for better. Friendly staff. They were very helpful. The room was lovely, and I especially liked the comfortable bed. Breakfast offered many choices. That was appreciated.
The gym was a little small, with only a few pieces of equipment.

the breakfast was fine (the pastries were a highlight).
The room was dark and felt quite dated, it reminded me of a generic chain hotel. the shower head was too large for the bath area, causing water to splash everywhere. i also found the 12.5% service charge automatically added to the bill quite presumptuous. I would have preferred to decide the tip amount myself.

a satisfactory experience
helpful staffplain frontage
the room was well designed it also had plenty of storage space. the breakfast was great the staff were attentive and helpful.
the frontage was quite plain the interior lacked warmth. the coffee machine was a novelty the room seemed dark and lacked a real view.
