the location was convenient (it was very close to restaurants). the staff was really helpful.

I had an issue with the ac on the first night. It was inconvenient. i also had a disrupted sleep because i was called at 00:30 to bring my passport to the reception because of a missing copy. zero empathy was shown for the inconvenience.
