The staff was helpful and the location provided easy access to attractions.
The room I got (Superior Twin Room) had issues with the air conditioning. It blasted directly onto the beds. there was no kettle in the room!).

My room had blackout curtains ensuring a dark and restful sleep. it featured a modern bathroom with a powerful shower. It revitalized me each morning. the air conditioning worked efficiently, it maintained a comfortable temperature.

The reception staff spoke fluent english which was very helpful for communication. daily housekeeping kept the room super clean and tidy . staff provided quick assistance with directions and local recommendations. It made exploring easier.

The room lacked some expected amenities. There was no bottled water provided upon arrival. I found no kettle or coffee making facilities (I wanted to make tea after breakfast but couldn't).
