Staying at this hotel was a truly delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious and filled with amenities, although a coffee machine would have been a nice addition. The service was exceptional with attentive staff always ready to assist. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Cusco's historical area. Dining was a highlight with a phenomenal breakfast spread. While the facilities were top-notch, some minor improvements could enhance the overall experience.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were beautifully appointed, allowing us to enjoy keeping the balcony door open at night despite the thick blankets making it a bit warm. The price for a room under $150 a night was truly a steal for such stunning beauty.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were huge and magnificent, providing a good size, extremely clean, and comfortable space with a big and comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, very detail-focused, and friendly, making me feel like a VIP. The location was great, offering a generous range of food for breakfast and good choices for other meals. The dining experience was out of this world, with so many options of fresh juices, freshly baked bread, and live music. However, the hotel was very crowded, and the spa treatment was an additional cost I wasn't interested in.

While the rooms were on the smaller side, they were still cozy with nice amenities and overall good service. The staff was attentive and even went above and beyond to make my stay extra special. The location was perfect for enjoying my breakfast each morning and exploring the nearby attractions. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a wide range of options that catered to everyone's taste.
