Welcome to Union Hotel Cusco – Cusco

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were luxurious and very comfortable. The service was excellent and very accommodating, especially Graciela and Leslie at the front desk who went out of their way to secure us a restaurant reservation. The location was fantastic with a local supermarket just down the street from the Plaza de Armas. The dining options were convenient, starting early at 5 am for those planning early trips, but slightly limited. Overall, a great experience with some minor room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. On one hand, the location was convenient, close to the main sights and markets, with a supermarket nearby. The service was friendly and accommodating, even providing an early morning 'to-go' breakfast. However, the room had some noise issues and cracks on the walls, affecting the overall comfort. The dining experience was a mix of good and bad, with homemade bread but also stale options at times.

The hotel was clean and comfy, offering nice sleepers and a toothbrush. Although facing a street with some traffic noise in the mornings, it was very quiet at night. The service was very helpful and friendly, enhancing the experience. The location, close to San Pedro Train Station and on a quiet side street with local amenities, was convenient. The dining experience was average, and the facility was modern and well-equipped.
