bumpy roadinoperative jacuzzi

this stay had some hiccups. the road to the resort was bumpy and felt really long, especially after a tiring journey. inside my room, i found that the jacuzzi didn't work properly, water being cold. the staff seemed slow in addressing my concerns about it. the hotel is quite far from everything. i thought the value didn't match the cost.

The resort sits on a beautiful, private beach stretch. Views from the higher-level plunge pools are excellent like management photos. I especially loved the fine setting! I enjoyed the provided kayak.

The prices in the resort restaurant are higher than other places! even compared to similarly-rated places in Thailand.
