the hotel is located near the mrt station. this made travel very convenient. i also liked the water faucet in the room. daily room cleaning was provided.

i experienced a problem with the tv. it kept showing a weak signal message. the staff informed me how to switch to av3 for channels though. part of the pool was under repair and not clearly indicated.

i appreciated the early check-in i received after my long flight (it made a big difference). the cool air conditioning in the room was very welcome. i also found the filtered water tap in the room to be a great plus.

the cabinet in my room seemed old and tired. it could use some refurbishment to match the rest of the hotel's quality.
