the staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast selection was beautiful. the location was very convenient to many attractions. the subway was close and walking to many sites was easy.
i stayed two nights and on the second day the housekeeping service entered my room despite the do not disturb sign i had placed. my pajamas were tossed on the bed and the towels were changed. when i spoke with the housekeeping manager she blamed me for lying about the sign

i loved how close the hotel was to the u-bahn station markisches museum. it took only a minute to walk there! alexanderplatz was also easily reachable, about a 15-minute walk. i found this location super convenient for exploring the city.
the front desk staff did not provide any information about the hotel facilities at check in. i had to find out about breakfast and the gym myself.

the staff helped a lot with city tips and transport information. their assistance made navigating the city so much easier. i especially appreciated their friendly attitude; they were very welcoming.

the superior double room was great, it was very clean! the bathroom had a good shower, including excellent shower gel and shampoo. i found the bed very comfortable and the room provided a relaxing space.

the hotel is near the u-bahn station. i used the 265 bus for airport connections with heavy luggage; it worked efficiently. i enjoyed being able to sit outside the hotel in the evening.

the hotel sits practically in the heart of the city-mitte area. several tourist spots and restaurants were within walking distance; this saved me time and money! the neighborhood felt decent and quiet too.

the breakfast had a very good selection if you got there early or late so there was no rush, it was nice.
the front desk service didn't explain things, like gym and breakfast hours. i had to figure it out myself. the rooms, they are small and the toilet has just a glass door in the same room, no privacy.
