the location is fabulous. many cafes and bars are close. the buildings and museums are within a short walk. my stay involved self check-in, simple. instructions were clear. the room was spacious, having a queen-size bed. stylish furniture created a cozy atmosphere.
the staff wasn't too friendly. the lady at reception spoke very little. the room floor was a little bit dirty. i noticed it when i walked to the bathroom in my slippers. there are creaking floors, so every step outside is audible.

the breakfast had variety. the room was spacious. the location is near public transport. the room was also clean. i found it a bit difficult to locate the hotel at first. this may pose a challenge with luggage. my room was cleaned daily.

i loved the location! it was super close to major attractions and had easy access to underground and bus lines. the breakfast was amazing!!! so fresh and tasty, it was definitely a highlight of my stay. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, i really appreciated them.
the lighting in the room was a little dull.

the hotel is almost within walking distance of all sights and right next to volkstheater metro station and maria-theresien-platz. this makes it really easy to get around and see everything i wanted to see. many cafes are close by too.

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food selections and i found something that i liked every morning. fresh vegetables and fruits were available as an addition to breakfast, i was so happy!!! it was a great way to start the day.

the staff allowed me to check in earlier because my room was ready, so i could also drop off my luggage ahead of time. they were super friendly and helpful during my entire stay. i felt welcomed and taken care of there.

The location is really central. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff were quite helpful with directions. I found the room spacious.
The room lacked air conditioning. It got uncomfortably warm during the day. I found the breakfast selection somewhat limited. The noise from the street was noticeable at times.
