Decent Stay, but Some Issues
dim lightingsmoke smell
The lighting in the room was AWFUL. It was TOO dark, and I could not open the curtains fully because other rooms overlooked mine. The bathtub also had some issues. There was a strange smell of smoke coming from the balcony. I think it drifted up from a smoking area below.

The hotel has free parking in the downstairs garage. Access is next to the mall parking lot entrance. Filtered water is available on every floor from a machine. The breakfast offered a great coffee machine and a wide selection of fruits, cheeses, and breads.
The room decor was gloomy with grey and black tones.

attentive stafffresh juicecold jacuzzinon-working outlets
the staff were amazingly attentive. i particularly loved the awesome breakfast offering, with fresh juice that tasted like sunshine itself!!!
The spa was somewhat disappointing. The jacuzzi water felt a bit too cold. also, i noticed that some outlets in the room weren't working, a small hiccup.
