the location was excellent for seeing the city.
i found a few things disappointing the room had an odd musty odor that persisted despite my efforts at airing it out i also noticed the soundproofing was poor i could clearly hear conversations and street noise , made it hard to relax and sleep well

The hotel's location proved advantageous, offering easy access to key attractions in the area.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was INEFFECTIVE. I was told it was only a temperature regulator, not genuine air conditioning, DISAPPOINTING. This meant I had to choose between a stuffy room or leaving the window open, which didn't feel very secure (sarcasm intended).

breakfast included a diverse selection with cheeses, hams, and fruit detox drinks. the hotel provided umbrellas to use, which i found very convenient. its central location is close to the sol metro stations and royal palace. i appreciated having a front-facing room with a balcony overlooking the shopping mall (i could watch the festivities).
the temperature regulator did not function as air conditioning. i found i had to open the window to cool the room.

the hotel is in a historical area of the city (close to puerta del sol). i found it super convenient to reach la latina and plaza mayor. sol and opera metro stations are nearby and easy to access. i could walk to many attractions.

I found the location unbeatable! it's right in the middle of everything. the staff were kind and helpful to me. the breakfast food was tasty and plentiful. I loved starting my day here. plus, my room was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to sleep soundly even in such a central location.
It only fit two people at most. this wasn't a huge deal, but it's worth knowing.

The location was really good for sightseeing. Plaza Mayor and Chocolateria San Gines were just a short walk. Our quadruple room included a queen bed and bunk beds. This setup worked well for our family of four.
The room I stayed in faced the interior and lacked much natural light. This, even with the lights on.

The location was fantastic. I really liked the bathroom. It was new and very clean. The hotel was very close to two metro stops (Opera and Sol).
The hotel stated that it had air conditioning and heating (according to services available). It was only a temperature regulator or heating. I had to leave the window open if i wanted it colder.
