Okay Stay, Some Issues
perfect location shopping attractions confusing bills incorrect charge
the position is very close to shopping areas, restaurants, and attractions. the hotel maintained its facilities well. the staff are friendly and try their best to help with requests.
i founded the bills at checkout a little confusing, i needed to control it carefully. i was charged for an item from the roof bar that i didn't order.

big room helpful staff locked heating hallway noise
the room was clean and it was also a big room. i like the hot shower it had. breakfast had everything i needed. staff was helpful to me and friendly.
the room split system was locked on heating. it was so warm and stuffy in the room, so i could not sleep well.

central thoroughfare rooftop pool building wall shower precision
the location felt dreamy. it was so close to Gran Via, allowing gentle strolls to nearby shops and eateries. the rooftop pool offered a lovely escape from the daytime heat, i loved the gentle breeze as i floated with a cocktail.
Sadly, i found the room facing an unromantic building wall a bit disappointing. i hoped for at least a sliver of the lovely views i knew existed. also, the shower lacked the precision i wanted when selecting the water temperature. It felt a bit unpredictable.

underwhelming experience
inadequate a c hallway noise
I booked this stay hoping for a relaxing time, but a few things were off. the air conditioning barely worked. It was stuck on a warm setting and the staff just told me to open the window. the shower was also poorly designed, with a strange, sputtering water flow. finally, noise from the hallway kept me awake. it's unfortunate. I expected a bit more.

My 3rd visit proved really good, particularly the rooftop terrace with a pool. staff friendliness shone. i found the central location ideal. It allowed easy access to local spots.
soundproofing could improve as hallway noises travel into rooms.

My beautiful double room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. it had a mini-bar stocked with water and juices. These were replenished daily. the room featured blackout curtains, which really helped with sleep.

This hotel is near several restaurants. I walked to many within ten minutes. the area felt safe, and i noticed good street lighting at night. a metro stop is only a short walk.

the double room was very clean. i found the bed comfortable. the staff was nice. the breakfast was quite complete, a welcome addition.
the bathroom does not offer much privacy. this is something to keep in mind.

direct elevators huge balcony extra seating
The reception area is directly next to the elevators (a little dark, I must say). I booked a Mini-Suite on the seventh floor (worth the extra cost). It featured a huge balcony with views and lots of seating.
The pool closes too early and there are few sunbeds for all the guests.
