I loved how kind and helpful the reception staff were. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. the location was also perfect. it was so easy to get around! i especially liked the delicious breakfast. It really set me up for the day.
the air conditioning not working in the winter was a slight problem though.

the cathedral and the lively bars are very close! it only took a short walk to reach them, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the nightlife; it was amazing!

i picked this hotel mainly for the location it is very central to most places. it is located on a quiet street near main attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful . i particularly enjoyed the breakfast provided each morning as it had many options.
the air conditioning was not working. they told me it was turned off due to it being winter. i needed to open the balcony doors to regulate temperature.

My room had a slightly unpleasant smell. The air conditioning was switched off (apparently standard during winter), I had to keep the balcony doors open. Wallpaper looked stapled to the wall.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service . the location was ideal, i could easily walk to many major attractions. the breakfast offered ample variety and healthy choices. I especially appreciated the coffee and treats available in the lobby. i used the car park, it was convenient with direct access to the hotel.
the roads leading to the hotel were narrow, made initial navigation slightly challenging.

The hotel location is really central. I reached main attractions with just a short walk. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and gave me a map with restaurant recommendations. The room was clean.
