balanced stay
friendly staff good location sliding door thin wall
i found the staff friendly. the location allows walks to many places. the breakfast buffet had a good selection. the rooms were a good size.
the restroom had a sliding door so expect less privacy in the bathroom. the walls were thin, and i heard everything from the next room.

modern design pleasant shower comfortable beds
the hotel is modern and well designed. the room included a pleasant shower and nespresso machine. fresh air came in through the window, and the beds were comfortable. breakfast offered a great buffet..
the rooftop pool area got very busy, and the pool itself seemed small.

some aspects need improvement
elevator noise dirty bathrobe
The room was next to the elevator and i heard noises all the time. the shower did not get hot. i only had lukewarm water. also the bathrobe was very dirty. i felt disgusted touching other things in the room. The hotel could have been cleaner.

loud air conditioning limited menu
The air conditioning was quite loud. It made it difficult to sleep soundly. also, the room service menu was limited after 10 pm. i expected more variety, especially since i arrived late and wanted a proper meal, though i understand the need for a smaller late-night selection. Still, more options would have been nice. the hotel seemed understaffed at times, particularly during breakfast. getting a coffee refill took longer than i would have liked. The staff looked stretched thin.

weak signal constant interruption
the breakfast was good and the rooftop pool was great
the wifi in the room was atrocious it got cut off many times due to a weak signal i expected a better connection since i needed it for work the constant interruptions were frustrating
