The aqua vista shares a spacious resort with pools, sunloungers, and bars. Families and couples enjoy water parks or relaxation pools. Each hotel has a lobby bar and pool bar serving locally sourced drinks. The bar staff is attentive especially at the white bar pool bar. dining was enjoyable in the specialty restaurants. Waiters served us both during the day and in the bars. Guest relations staff were approachable and ensured a pleasurable stay.
the bad part was that the management put us in a very difficult situation. i had purchased an extra night's stay because we were checking in at 2 am, they told us we could stay until 5 pm at the latest, but the management's attitude was completely unacceptable.

The hotel staff is polite and tentative. They work hard. guest relations are very approachable and helpful. staff provided us with a plug in repellent. It was effective.

The standard double room was cleaned daily. It was a good size with plenty of storage. the room had a powerful hot shower and it was really relaxing. the accommodation was spacious.

the hotel is very clean. rooms are cleaned everyday. all staff understands english. the barman kareem looked after us well. he is an asset to the hotel. the animation is great for kids. beautiful decorations were arranged for us. the beach is sandy.
some slides can't handle adults above 70 kilos. it's sad to see.

the service includes daily cleaning. yousif always surprised us with creative decorations. kareem took care of us at every meal. the reception staff is cute. they helped arrange a birthday celebration with decorations.

i found the staff to be friendly (especially the lifeguards). the rooms were clean. i liked the multiple pools available.
The food seemed repetitive. I noticed the same dishes daily. the beach was a walk across a road, not directly accessible. the evening entertainment ended early, around 10 pm.

the hotel had lots of activities for kids. there were heated pools and many slides i loved. the food options had good variety each day i found. the staff were very professional and the resort was excellent with variety of activities!
after several days, my boyfriend gave a 1-star rating on google i was upset. the reason was the olympic bar did not wash glasses in a machine, just rinsed with water. the next day, they brought in a washing machine, but the water pressure in the bathroom was terrible.

A Mixed Experience.

The check-in process took longer than expected! The room did not match the description I saw online. The air conditioning was weak and difficult to adjust. The beach was located farther than expected. It required a shuttle ride. I found the limited hours of the pools inconvenient.
