The atmosphere was amazing. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. the beds felt comfy. The air conditioning kept my room consistently cool and pleasant. i found the food to be great, with a lot of choices available for all tastes. Even fussy eaters would be happy here! this was my second visit, and i will definitely return again.
the wifi was a little spotty in certain areas of the resort, i found. it was good in the lobby, though.

The room was spacious and very clean. I had comfortable beds. there was a fridge available for personal use, and the air conditioning worked very well. i found the housekeeping service to be prompt and efficient.

the resort includes multiple pools suitable for both adults and children, though some close during midday. the hotel offers access to multiple hotels and the beach, with options. waterslides are available by the pool area, a great form of entertainment for kids.

The staff always asked if i needed anything and they were prompt with requests. reception staff were efficient at check in and check out and addressed any needs. restaurant staff were always available and worked hard. I found them very helpful.

The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the beach. the bus runs frequently, with a convenient mode of transportation to the shore. access to the aqua beach hotel is also granted. This widens the range of options available to guests.

Acceptable Stay, But Some Issues
malfunctioning keydecreased service
The room was fine initially. the room key stopped working (this happened on multiple occasions) and it was quite inconvenient. the staff seemed more focused on receiving tips. It reminded me of service quality decreased if tips were not consistently provided (especially during mealtimes).

The pools were clean and well kept daily.
The buffet lacked variety I found the food repetitive after a few days and the quality was not consistent across different dishes. More attention to detail would improve the dining experience considerably. The staff did not promptly address the food issues.
