I stayed at this hotel for four nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room included a very comfortable bed. It was prepared daily with clean sheets. The bathroom was supplied with clean bath towels. The hotel is in an ideal location close to attractions.
The room showed some signs of wear, needing some updating.

my superior queen room was spacious. it includes a comfortable bed. i found the location convenient. it was close to several subway lines. the staff was friendly. they helped me with directions.
i noticed some wear on the carpet in the hallway.

the location was convenient near bryant park and rockefeller center i found it easy to walk to many midtown spots. the front desk staff displayed attentiveness and care.
i found that certain areas showed wear and tear i noticed some carpets and stone surfaces showed their age a refurbishment would enhance the overall appeal.

the room was quite spacious compared to other rooms i've seen in the area. there was a small refrigerator inside the room and this proved very useful to me during my stay. the bed and pillows provided adequate comfort.

the location is ideal, central and near public transport. restaurants are very close to the hotel.
i was expecting more, especially considering the price. the room had an ancient radiator. also there were ancient outlets, it seems no detail in the room has been updated recently.

I loved the foyer. It was lovely upon entering. the room was generously sized and included a retro desk, which i found quite charming. the bathroom was large and had modern fixtures. fresh fluffy towels were provided.
i found that the absence of in-room amenities like tea or coffee was a bit inconvenient. additionally, there were no glasses in the room, a slight oversight.

i loved the central location it was super convenient for sightseeing and getting around i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful the room was always clean and well maintained with fresh towels provided daily the bed was really comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep after long days exploring.
the in-room amenities were quite limited i was missing tea and coffee making facilities a small detail but it would have made the stay even better
