Amazing Staff and Great Location!

helpful staffwonderful giftsgreat hotel
I have stayed in many hotels, and this one is now among my top three. The staff were great too ensure we had a wonderful stay. I felt cared for. The hotel even provided some wonderful gifts to help celebrate our wedding anniversary! This is genuinely one of the BEST hotels I've ever stayed in.
I found that the air conditioning wasn't available during the winter season. It did get quite hot in the room. Opening the windows for air wasn't ideal due to the street noise, but it wasn't a huge problem.
Rooms
9/10
The room featured high ceilings and it was spotlessly clean. There were soft, cozy linens and a sleek, modern bathroom. Everything was comfortable and well-kept. I could really relax there.
Service
10/10
Each morning, I thoroughly enjoyed a delicious hot buffet breakfast. It was a GREAT way to start the day. The employees are friendly, and the reception staff is very cooperative. I felt they made every effort to meet my needs.

location good, but issues persist

street noisesubway rumble
the a/c was not working and it got hot. opening the windows wasn't an option since the street noise was awful. the rumble of the subway under the hotel was constant. nighttime was pretty miserable despite calming down a bit between midnight and 6:00 am, very frustrating.
