wide array attentiveness
the breakfast there seemed like a good brunch, with a wide array of choices that surprised me. Bruno at the front desk was wonderfully helpful and even upgraded our room, our experience became really good. i was grateful for the quick response and the attention to detail.
the elevators felt narrow and moved at a slow pace, causing some waits during busy times. I had to wait a little longer and call a few times, that was not convenient. improvements in elevator efficiency could greatly enhance the guest experience.

The location was convenient, very close to public transport. the pool, hot tub, and saunas were a great addition. I used them daily. my room was fully stocked with essentials and well kept.
the elevators were somewhat slow, this caused occasional short waits.
