the hotel features great facilities. i liked the tasty treats on arrival. the room was spacious and the decor was great. all the staff were friendly and helpful.
the hotel location was not easily accessible. i hadn't quite realized this when i booked it. the onus was on me to research it more thoroughly.

The staff genuinely wanted guests to enjoy their stay. I arrived early. Reception called housekeeping immediately and offered restaurant recommendations. My room was huge and very nice. Reception tried to make up for any issues I had and were always polite.
We called to reserve, were told it was open, but upon arrival, we were turned away since it was booked all day.
