President Hotel, a 3-star boutique art deco hotel designed by L. Murray Dixon in 1935, is located in the heart of the Art Deco District on Collins Avenue just one short block from world famous Ocean Drive and the beach. The newly renovated property features a brand new Rooftop Pool accessible to all guests.

President Hotel's rooms are fully equipped with comfortable king or queen beds, individually controlled air conditioning, flat screen TV with cable channels, mini-refrigerator, Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, blackout drapes, private bathroom, and toiletries. Guests begin their day with a generous Full American buffet breakfast in the Green Bar located just off the lobby.
