The hotel provided complimentary bottled water and coffee pods, which I liked. Breakfast included various options at a nearby cafe. I found the location to be perfect because it was right by the beach. The staff helped with any request.

warm welcome audible music continental breakfast aggressive receptionist weed smell dirty pool
lilly, alex, and kai welcomed us warmly. the havana1957 restaurant music was audible from our room. it did not bother our sleep as it ended at the right time. the american-style continental breakfast met our expectations.
i stayed in may and the staff seemed friendly enough. the receptionist seemed a bit aggressive. there was a smell of weed on the corridors. the tiny pool area was dirty.

I had a great experience. the room offered a spacious walk-in shower. free wifi was a plus (it helped me stay connected). there was also a free in-room safe. I found this very useful.
live music played loudly until late at night, right below my room (it made sleeping difficult).

The room had a superior king bed and it was comfortable. the front desk staff was helpful with directions. i appreciated the complimentary beach towels and chairs. This made beach trips easier. the hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. Exploring was convenient.
the music from a nearby bar was quite loud at night. it made sleeping difficult at times though i was very tired.

excellent customer service beach chairs prime location
Lily at the front desk provided really good customer service. She informed me when my room was available well before the scheduled check-in. While I waited, beach chairs and towels were provided for enjoyment across the street from the hotel. The location allows convenient walking to nearby attractions.
