The hotel has direct beach access with readily available chairs. the walk-in pool is suitable for all ages and has many chairs. there is a bar next to the pool and another inside the hotel. i also saw a jumbo chess board. This added fun.
i noticed that the rooms could benefit from some updates, as they appear a bit worn.

The front desk staff was very helpful, and Melody especially made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel has amazing art throughout (I really enjoyed it). I liked that the location was close to restaurants and shops. The private beach access was great.
I found that the hallway to my room was a bit dark, made me feel a little uneasy (maybe more lighting would help).

Room service was quick, and the food arrived hot. I appreciated the prompt delivery. Breakfast at the restaurant had a good variety, with options for different dietary needs. I found the service to be attentive (the coffee refills were very prompt).

Ariel gave me excellent recommendations for biking routes and places to visit around the city. Sheily and Mathilda at the front desk were also super friendly and offered assistance. Staff responded quickly and professionally to every request I had.

The private beach was clean, and beach service was readily available for drinks and towels. The pool area offered comfortable loungers and plenty of space to relax. It reminded me of a real luxury to have all that at my disposal.

The hotel is conveniently close to many restaurants and shops (easy to explore the area). Access to the beach is straightforward, and it is a definite plus. I found it really easy to get around from here.

Carlos greeted us upon arrival. He was professional. Shelly at the desk helped us with our check-in. We received a text asking about our needs (a great touch!). Beach access was easy, and the pool had areas for both fun and relaxation. I appreciated the active engagement of the staff .
