the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast had good variety and tasted fresh. my room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided..
The gym was not well-kept. Several machines were out of order. i requested an iron but had to wait a long time to receive it. the tv only had channels in french, so i couldn't use it.

The hotel staff greeted me warmly. I appreciated the offered Moroccan tea upon my arrival. I felt welcomed throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and willing to assist me. My room was perfectly clean when I arrived. The staff cleaned and tidied it every day. The food choices for breakfast surprised me. I found enough options each morning.
The rooftop bar needed a bit of care. It's a lovely little gem with a great view though. It requires better maintenance.

The staff provided moroccan tea upon arrival, a NICE touch.
My room's air conditioning did not function properly. The shower door was also faulty. Water leaked. I had to use extra towels to absorb the water on the floor. This felt wasteful.
