I appreciate the royal tennis club proximity and the easy access to shopping malls. The staff demonstrated helpfulness . I received a suite upgrade at check-in, without me expecting it. The bed was big.
The towels seemed worn. They could be replaced soon.

The rooftop bar was good, with a great experience for the evening. The food in the restaurant was lovely, and the service was good. I appreciated the easy walk into the Medina, but taxis were readily available for convenience.

The hotel location was good enough, near the Royal Tennis Club.
The air conditioning system emitted a MUSTY odor in my room. the window did not fully close, due to faulty installation I guess, so street noise disturbed my sleep. The bar played loud music until late, audible in my room.

the rooftop pool had a amazing vibe. i liked the food served at bar lola it was lovely. the sunset views were just fine.
the room lacked tea and coffee making facilities. the safe in my room wasn't working at all. i wasn't informed about the swimming pools undergoing repairs when i booked.

the rooftop pool was a highlight it provided a relaxing space.
i encountered some service issues. during an early departure i asked if i could get a packaged breakfast since i paid for it. the reception manager was unhelpful and rude he actually raised his voice when i asked. also i contacted the hotel with dietary requirements and received no response i sent another message with no answer.
