bad food quality cheapest water
the area around the pools seemed spacious. it felt easy to find a quiet spot at any time.
the food quality seemed bad. dasani water was the cheapest available. the absence of bathroom slippers felt disappointing too.

clean beach daily activities beautiful landscape
The resort has so many pools. That was amazing!!! the beach was also very clean. the hotel provided many activities during the day. the landscape throughout the hotel is great.
the gym could use a few more updated machines.

underwhelming experience
cheap water dasani water
the resort grounds looked properly maintained.
the food lacked quality i thought, and bathroom slippers i never found. dasani water, the cheapest kind, was all that was available. it was like they were cutting corners, quite frankly.

pleasant staff dive school same food poor animation
the staff are very pleasant. i found the dive school on site excellent. (i was able to get certified quickly!)
the food served daily was nearly the same. i felt there was very poor animation at the hotel. the animation team didn't explain the baby sitter service.

a special thanks goes to mr mohammed fathy at the pool bar for his really good service and warm hospitality the food was very good with a wide variety of options i recommend this place for a relaxing stay

the reception staff was cute and helpful making us feel at home they were professional and attentive ensuring that our needs were met promptly the waiters and bartenders provided excellent service with genuine friendliness.

the pool area was well maintained providing a relaxing atmosphere the hotel has multiple dining options providing varied culinary experiences there is direct access to the beach with comfortable loungers making it convenient to enjoy the sea.

the room offered a beautiful pool view and was in an excellent location it included bath robes flip flop slippers and a 65 inch television the rooms were clean and well appointed contributing to a comfortable stay for us.
