central gem, a pleasant experience
central location spacious atmosphere simple check-in
the hotel's central location proved convenient. public transport, restaurants, and shops were easily accessible. my room featured high ceilings, and the check-in process was simple. i appreciated the ease of getting around and the proximity to various amenities.
the room was excessively warm. i could not open the windows because the lift next door was loud. using the ac was not an option either since it was quite noisy.

The breakfast offered a good selection. The location was very central, shops, restaurants and transport were so close. I found the room to be clean. A coffee machine was in the room and this was a nice addition.
The lift made a lot of noise during the night and I could hear it when it was used.

I found the staff helpful. Daily cleaning service kept the room tidy. The location allowed me to walk everywhere (I am grateful for that!).
The coffee, while good, had a charge for extra pods beyond the initial two provided. Most hotels offer complimentary refills, which would be a nice addition.

elevator noise hot room
the location met my expectations, being fairly central.
the room was way too hot. i couldn't even crack open the window because the elevator noise next door was horrendous. the a/c was also too loud, so i was stuck in a sweaty box.

convenient location helpful staff clean hotel excellent value
i found the location convenient (it really is in the heart of everything!). the staff were always ready to help. the hotel was neat and clean. i also appreciated the value, especially considering how central it was.
The room got a bit warm, even after i turned off the heating. Opening the window let in some noise from the lift area.

noisy elevator weak air conditioning
I noticed the room's window faced directly into a shaft with the elevator. it was dark and a bit noisy. Every elevator movement was audible. also, the air conditioning barely worked. it struggled to lower the room temperature below 23 degrees, a tad warm for my liking, especially since it was cooler outside.

I found the location to be excellent with easy access to shops and restaurants. the danube river was a short walk away. Public transport was also very accessible. dora at reception was helpful and answered all my questions patiently. the room was quiet, a surprise given the central location.
The coffee in the room required payment after the initial complimentary offering. This was a bit strange.
