I was disappointed that the staff was not more helpful. when i needed an extra bed due to illness, they refused citing fire hazards without offering alternatives. beyond the staff issue, the hotel decor seemed rather dated to me. The orange wall in my room was marked and the bedding felt thin.

the location was really good near many shops and the tram.

The staff wasn't very helpful. i had issues connecting to the wi-fi. the gym was also surprisingly small. It only had a couple of treadmills, and one of them was out of order. it was disappointing.

A Perfect Base for Exploration

The hotel is near the Belvedere Palace and a lovely botanic garden. I could walk to music performances in the Golden Hall in about fifteen minutes. Public transport is also available across the street, should you prefer not to walk into the city center! I found my room spacious and clean. Though not modern, it was definitely well maintained.

The staff were great, though the breakfast area was sometimes crowded, especially during peak hours, requiring a short wait for a table, at times.

The hotel offered convenient parking for 18 euros a day. Street parking was free on weekends! The location is also great, I was literally only about 10 minutes from great museums and all other sights.

The staff was very friendly. They were always ready to assist with directions or recommendations! The breakfast was also very delicious. It had a wide selection of both hot and cold items, including local specialties.

My premium room was very clean. It was also relatively close to public transport. I appreciated being welcomed with fruit upon arrival. The reception staff proved prompt and very helpful.

The hotel décor seemed a bit dated. The orange wall in my bedroom had some marks. I found the duvet and bedding thin. The carpet had a stain.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. i liked the modern bathroom. It featured two separate sinks. the included shower was also a rainfall shower. i am grateful for these features.

the hotel decor felt a little dated. the carpet had some visible stains. i also found the bedding to be a bit thin. i did not like the orange wall in the bedroom.
