Mr samuel at reception was very helpful. He located us quickly and provided all necessary information. everyone was polite and friendly. I appreciated the excellent service. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. breakfast was also excellent with great choices!

the gym door did not work with my keycard the first time. a staff member accused us of using the keycard incorrectly within the paper wallet.

Central location with service issues

sloppy jobindifferent staff

The service was a bit disappointing the housekeepers did a sloppy job one day. Amenities were not replenished, used cotton pads remained by the sink the turndown service was not performed as requested on multiple occasions. Keycard also failed to work at the gym a couple of times this required dealing with staff who seemed indifferent to the issues. It's quite irritating.

the room featured great coffee and a comfortable bed. i enjoyed lounging in the dressing gown. the shower provided a fantastic experience, too, it felt refreshing after a long day.

the keycard sometimes did not work with the gym door, i found that somewhat inconvenient.

I do have a few complaints. The mattress was VERY uncomfortable. I could feel the springs against my back. I also found the housekeeping service to be lacking. Amenities weren't replenished, and used items were left uncleaned. I was REALLY disappointed.

Staff was friendly and goes above and beyond to. Antonio at the front desk provided useful city information and assisted with hotel facilities and restaurant reservations. My room were spacious and quiet. Wardrobe space was ample, and it had a coffee machine. The location is central, with the opera house a short walk away and the location gives easy access to many areas.

The pillows, they were very high quality, but were not what I needed for sleeping.
