The hotel rooms were lovely with lots of dark teak furniture, but the small bathroom needed refurbishment as it looked a bit tired. The service was excellent, with the staff being very friendly and always eager to provide the best service. The location was ideal for visiting Chiang Mai, and the complimentary Tuk Tuk service was convenient for exploring local attractions. The dining experience was pretty good, with a nice outdoor omelette station and delicious freshly cooked dishes. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
