The onsite restaurant was convenient! It served great meals. The complimentary cocktails and afternoon tea were a treat though. The pool area was well maintained.

The breakfast was varied. It included freshly cooked eggs. Staff members were helpful. I used the refreshing pool. The welcome refreshments were also a wonderful treat.

The staff was helpful. They booked tours for us. the air conditioning worked well. the pool offered great relief from the heat. the front desk staff provided all the water we needed (which was great!).
The toilet had an unpleasant odor. i mentioned it to the reception. housekeeping addressed it by spraying perfume. A more thorough cleaning would be better.

i stayed for several nights and found the staff consistently attentive. the papaya salad cooking course with james was a good surprise. i enjoyed a complimentary cocktail at the pool bar, such a treat, and the hotel arranged convenient shuttle pick-ups for market visits and airport transfers.
the toilet had a slight odor upon arrival.
