the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
The executive lounge was closed. It was supposedly due to low occupancy. i was offered the same service in the bar. i found the lack of consistency and explanation frustrating. It detracted from the overall experience.

the hotel was immaculate. every single member of staff was warm and friendly.. max, a real asset, accommodated my wife's onion intolerance and was knowledgeable about the dishes. i appreciated his attentiveness.
we paid for an executive room but the executive lounge was closed since it was 'quiet'. i was told that i could only have a certain wine, and draft beer was not included. i don't recall any such info at check in.

The super clean room impressed ME. It was very pleasant.
I WAS told draft beer was not included in the executive lounge access! i pointed OUT that it was included the previous night, but the staff did not care. This inconsistency was frustrating.

The room was a Beautiful king room! It had a good view of the area. The breakfast included a generous and delicious selection.
The hotel had no car parking on site though the public car park was nearby.
