Solid Stay with Great Staff Support

The staff was very helpful. They were fluent in Spanish and assisted my mother, who doesn't speak French! I also appreciated the upgrade to a room with a marina view.
The distance to the bus stop and subway station was a bit far. This made getting around without a car slightly inconvenient.

Excellent Location and Amenities

Katia helped me a lot at check-in and throughout my visit. She assisted me with laundry. Jovanna noticed I wanted an omelette for breakfast. She convinced the chef to make a ham and cheese omelette just for me. Security measures at the hotel put my mind at ease.
The rooftop pool bar was closed , so I had to go to the ground floor bar for drinks.

Katia provided considerable assistance at check-in and helped me with laundry services, which I really valued. Jovanna ensured I received a specially prepared omelette each morning, showing care. The staff demonstrated attention to my needs.

The room decor suited my needs perfectly. I found the double glazing effective, greatly reducing outside noise. The pool was a highlight. Its size allowed for a relaxing swim. The staff were cute and professional throughout my stay.
I noticed slight wear on some furniture in the common areas..

the room was quite spacious with enough storage space for my belongings it met my needs.
I found that the pool lacked enough chairs the hotel staff did nothing about it. Some people were gone for hours and still blocked the chairs. the pool towels were at least available though.

high prices erroneous charge
the room was spacious and clean meeting the standard i expect.
The minibar prices were quite high i found. i also encountered an issue after checking out. The hotel attempted to charge me for an item i did not consume from the minibar. i had to dispute the charge to get it reversed.
