The staff was very helpful. They were fluent in Spanish and assisted my mother, who doesn't speak French! I also appreciated the upgrade to a room with a marina view.
The distance to the bus stop and subway station was a bit far. This made getting around without a car slightly inconvenient.

the staff was indeed helpful i walked to nearby places easily the bar near reception provided various drinks and snacks it was a sweet experience. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices i enjoyed the morning meal it provided a pleasant start to my days the service was efficient and attentive.
the hotel felt a bit overpriced for the room's condition the decor seemed somewhat dated. the pool bar was closed due to staffing issues this was inconvenient. i had to go to another floor for drinks the experience was not ideal.

Katia helped me a lot at check-in and throughout my visit. She assisted me with laundry. Jovanna noticed I wanted an omelette for breakfast. She convinced the chef to make a ham and cheese omelette just for me. Security measures at the hotel put my mind at ease.
The rooftop pool bar was closed , so I had to go to the ground floor bar for drinks.

the room was quite spacious with enough storage space for my belongings it met my needs.
I found that the pool lacked enough chairs the hotel staff did nothing about it. Some people were gone for hours and still blocked the chairs. the pool towels were at least available though.

The minibar prices were quite high i found. i also encountered an issue after checking out. The hotel attempted to charge me for an item i did not consume from the minibar. i had to dispute the charge to get it reversed.
