the location was GREAT, everything I needed was within walking distance.
The gym was quite small. There were only two treadmills and one stationary bike and the equipment was dated. I expected more from a hotel of this caliber, and it really impacted my fitness routine WHILE traveling.

the valet service was quick (i really appreciated this feature). the front desk staff was helpful with all our requests. lauren was especially nice, changing our room to meet our needs. the concierge provided excellent assistance for local recommendations.

the staff was very professional. the room was big, (it was perfect for my needs) super comfortable and nicely decorated.
i think the service could improve. i found many broken things in the bathrooms, like the shower holder. the water was stuck in the sink, which wasn't ideal.

the room i got wasn't great the air conditioning didn't work properly it was humid i told the front desk about it. the room also felt smaller it only had one sink unlike my friend's room with two. the beach club also had issues we arrived just after 4 to purchase lounge chairs but they wouldn't let us because they said it was too late in the day there was a private party coming they told us our friend only had 30 more minutes to stay they wouldn't let us sit with her even for that short time i had to ask to tell her

The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly! A member of reception gave us a short guided tour and explained the history. All staff members were courteous and polite, I felt welcome! The concierge service was really good. Sabrina the Manager was especially helpful.
The wi-fi was slow. It was a very slight negative, but I noticed it! I think the hotel needs to check it more often.

The room had a sea view. A proper coffee maker was available! I found this better than only having instant coffee with a kettle; it made mornings easier.

The hotel seemed like a living museum, showcasing beautiful masterpieces at every turn. The staff was helpful, and i greatly appreciated Victoria at the front desk. Remi, the concierge, also stood out with his really good service, alongside Daniel at the beach club. The hotel's overall ambiance and prime location added to the experience. I was very happy.
The air conditioning in my room did not work properly . I mentioned it to the front desk.
