gothic quarter access helpful staff clean room
the location offered convenient access to the gothic quarter.. transit stops are nearby. i found the staff to be helpful. the room i stayed in was clean.
the elevator doors made some rather loud noises.

i found the location convenient it was close to the city and the marina i also found the breakfast facility very good the staff were helpful and polite i had a twin room extra bed and it was clean
the elevator doors made some loud noises it was a minor annoyance

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
excessive noise defective hairdryer
The street noise was excessive. The windows didn't properly block it. This made it very hard to sleep. The hairdryer in the room also did not work well. Hardly any air came out, so my hair remained wet. I found this frustrating.

loud air conditioning poor lighting
The air conditioning unit was quite loud. It made sleeping a challenge. the room lighting wasn't great either. i expected better for the price i paid. It's a shame these issues detracted from the experience. the lack of proper lighting.
