I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms, although relatively small, were comfortable and clean, and the outside sitting options were a nice touch. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the Wilhem Kalheim church and many other attractions. The service was efficient and helpful, especially from Dan and Elke. The hotel's location next to Kurfuerstendamm and Zoologischer Garten train station made it extremely convenient for exploring Berlin and Potsdam. The dining experience was fantastic, with great service and quality food. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor inconveniences.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The bed was incredibly comfy, but the room felt too hot, and the air-conditioning didn't quite do the job. On the bright side, the cleanliness was top-notch.
The hotel was comfortable enough, though not exactly as shown in the pictures. The rooms had a few minor issues like a missing ceiling light and slow-draining sink, but overall, it was a decent stay. The staff was very kind and respectful, always willing to help, but there were small problems with the facilities.
