The location is excellent. It is close to trains and the tram. I saw some nice eating places near the hotel as well as a chemist! and general stores. The staff was helpful. I got a superior double or twin room.

the room lighting was insufficient . the hotel staff also did not respond to my inquiries about this discrepancy , causing significant inconvenience. communication felt lacking , and i expected more from this hotel. i hope future guests do not encounter the same problem.
