The room was spacious with a rainfall shower. The top floor lounge provided complimentary tea and coffee daily, a nice perk. The location was central, enabling me to walk to many tourist spots. I found the hotel very quiet and comfortable.
The coffee machine lacked milk in the lounge during late afternoons, I couldn't enjoy a warm drink before bed.

rooftop lounge helpful staff convenient access
I particularly appreciated the rooftop loungewith complimentary tea and coffee! it offered a relaxing space. the staff was consistently helpful and very kind. the location proved ideal with convenient access to transportation. I loved that.
The air conditioning in the room made strange noises. I found this disrupting sleep.

Admiring Stay at Comfortable Hotel

The room was spacious and included thoughtful design. The 7th-floor lounge was perfect to have drink or tea. The hotel is close to a train station, and it linked directly to the airport. I found several nice restaurants located close by so I had varied dining options.
The hotel served bad lighting in rooms, and that was very unconvinient. It was very charmless too.

The breakfast included one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced, I enjoyed varied selection. The ground floor restaurant offers a convenient option and locals alike, it ensures varied choices. Staff was very very nice with us.

The 7th-floor lounge offered free coffee and tea all day. The location near transport networks proved very valuable and it ensured accessibility. There is 24-hour lounge access and it added much to my stay experience.

i really liked the complimentary hot drinks in the 24-hour lounge. the view from my bathroom was fine. i also found the staff very helpful and friendly .
I found that the breakfast options could be improved. More variety would have been welcomed .

mediocre breakfast poor lighting
The location was pretty good.
I was disappointed that the room lighting was poor. There wasn't a mini-bar available and the breakfast was quite mediocre. I expected more from the hotel.
