The staff was very cute and happy to help. I appreciated that. Breakfast included a lot of choices, all were fresh. It was delicious. I was especially pleased with the location, near the U-bahn and S-bahn stations. This made getting around the city easy.
The corridors felt hot! The air con in my room did not seem effective. I noticed hot drinks sachets were not replenished . I found this inconvenient.

fantastic stay!

i loved the hotel's recent revamp it really feels like an art hotel now. i almost went to another location but this one is superb! the hotel is very close to the u1 line so it's easy to get around. i found the room super quiet despite facing a busy street i slept soundly the comfortable bed and pillows were divine.
i did notice that housekeeping sometimes missed replacing smaller items like the bathmat and small hand towel it was a minor thing though.

this location is super convenient it is just a short walk to the western end of the u1 line making travel around the city simple. i found several great restaurants nearby offering a variety of dining choices. i also discovered a local grocery store close to the hotel.

breakfast was an absolute highlight fresh options are available. i especially loved making fresh juice from the selection of fruits and veggies offered. the hotel includes a hot water urn that is quite striking adding to the ambiance.

the staff are multilingual and incredibly helpful they went above and beyond to assist me with directions and transport information. i could see they are very knowledgeable about the local area and eager to share their insights. nothing was too much trouble at all.

my room featured a rainfall shower and an additional shower head it was stocked with complimentary elemis products. the quiet room ensured restful nights even though it faced a street with plenty of activity. the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable so i felt great.

The air conditioning barely worked. I was like I was in a sauna, especially at night. the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. It only had a few cardio machines and some free weights. I found it underwhelming.

the location was convenient it was close to public transport
the air conditioning did not work in my executive double room and there was no other room available i had a hard time sleeping because of the heat they supposedly fixed it but it only worked for about an hour it was disappointing how the hotel handled the problem

the hotel's location near kurfürstendamm is awesome everything is within walking distance it is so convenient the staff were really kind and helpful i really felt valued as a guest the room was lovely and clean with great storage space i used four free items too which was a great touch.
the air conditioning was not working properly the staff tried to fix it but it only worked for a short time the heat in the room made it difficult to sleep it was a very uncomfortable night

the hotel is near many shops and restaurants i easily walked to kurfürstendamm from there i explored the local area and enjoyed easy access to public transportation allowing efficient travel across the city.
