I loved the hotel's location in the Mitte district, close to fantastic attractions and nestled behind a charming square. The rooms were exquisite, and I appreciated the welcome glass of champagne and delightful truffle at check-out. However, I felt uneasy about the room change process despite being away for hours.
The hotel offers really good and clean rooms that are large, well designed, and quiet, with fantastic amenities like an enormous bed and well-functioning air conditioning. The service was exceptional, with exceptionally nice and helpful staff, especially the concierge who made our stay pleasant. The location is excellent, overlooking a beautiful square and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was amazing, although a bit pricey. Overall, a great stay with top-notch service and facilities.
The hotel building was excellent, offering a great view. The shower was excellent, and the bed was comfy. The breakfast and staff were also excellent. However, the room equipment lacked both quality and quantity.
