i got a complimentary room upgrade! the reception operates 24/7, so my late arrival wasn't a problem. plus, i easily found a convenient parking spot right outside. the front desk staff was super helpful and quick at check-in. check-out was extended until 12:00, which i appreciated.

the air conditioning system didn't work very well. it was hard to get the room temperature just right.

I found the breakfast excellent with local dishes. The staff was helpful and spoke English well. I used the tram stop in front of the building and appreciated the nearby supermarket. The sixth-floor breakfast room had a nice terrace.

The room lacked a refrigerator. I also noticed the absence of a water boiler.
