superb viewscentral location
I stayed in a king room high floor and the views were superb, especially from the breakfast area. I could see the screens of time square. the hotel is centrally located and close to multiple transport options.
the air conditioning was not very effective.

The hotel location is great. It is close to shopping and dining (perfect for a quick bite!). the bathroom was a nice size. Storage was good for all my stuff.
the iron in my room had a slight issue (not a big deal, though).

The location was really good. I appreciated the helpful concierge who assisted with restaurant reservations. The staff was FRIENDLY and very professional. The hotel reminded me of a welcome retreat in the heart of the area.
