The staff was helpful at the reception. They offered assistance with directions and local information. Breakfast offered fresh pastries and a selection of fruit. A lounge was available on the first floor, stocked with tea, coffee, and water.
The toilet was not very clean. I observed cracks in the flooring and hairs in the corners. The worn condition was noticeable in communal areas, and everything felt old and dirty.

The hotel is centrally located, offering easy access to many attractions. There is a major shopping center within walking distance and a wide variety of shops and restaurants are very close. The metro is right out front.

The reception team was really good, providing great hospitality. I observed great attention to detail, and genuine effort from the staff to ensure guests' comfort and happiness. Staff members always greeted me with a smile.

The location was convenient for exploring. I liked the fast check-in process upon arrival. The staff quickly arranged taxis (i appreciate this!).
The bathroom design lacked privacy. The toilet and shower shared a door. I found it difficult to change without being exposed (this was awkward).

I found the staff kind and helpful, especially at the reception and in the restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located opposite Plaça de Catalunya. A bus station is directly in front of the hotel, which includes tourist tour buses. I appreciated the ease of access to transportation and the central location for exploring.
I noticed that some maintenance is needed. I observed some cracks in the flooring, and the communal areas looked worn. I also noted built-up dirt in the corners .

i appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. i also liked the hotel location. it made exploring the area simple. the airport shuttle service stopping across the street was beneficial.
the room had windows that could not be opened. ventilation was also very poor in the room. this made it less comfortable.
