excellent location craft beer friendly staff

the location is excellent. i found a craft beer bar and a fantastic restaurant called porks immediately opposite the hotel. a cot was supplied and waited in my room. the staff were friendly though not there after 4pm each day

there was no receptionist available on site i had to borrow some one else's phone to connect with receptionist.

great location calmer neighborhood easy access

the location could not be better. i easily walked to all the main attractions , also a tram stop near the hotel provides access to different areas. the neighborhood felt calmer , especially compared to other parts of the city. getting to the hotel from the airport was straightforward.

the hot water wasn't always consistent , particularly in the evenings.

perfect location good variety quiet room quick answers

the location was excellent, very close to charles bridge allowing early morning visits without crowds. the breakfast offered good variety. my room was quiet despite the central area. the staff answered my questions quickly.

The location was quite convenient. Everything was within WALKING distance.

there was no kettle in the Aristocratic Standard Double Room, although it was described as having tea and coffee making facilities. the shower water was only warm. i think A hot shower should always be available.
