a medieval fairytale

kindness atmosphere lovely extra

breakfast presented many choices and a beautiful room hosted it. i found the tapas snacks between 2 and 4 pm were a lovely extra. staff showed kindness at all times.

The curtains in the room did not fully block the light. a strong smell of drains came from the bathroom at times. housekeeping lacked some attention to detail. The rubbish bin wasn't always emptied.

small room dim lighting

the rooms were very clean and well-equipped with everything i needed.

i had some disappointments the room was smaller than expected, and i found hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. the lighting in the room was also quite dim making it difficult to work or read comfortably. i mentioned these issues to the reception, but they didn't offer a resolution, so that was discouraging.

The hotel is close to charles bridge. Its only a short walk. the area around had restaurants, bars, and a bakery so i could explore. the breakfast venue was fantastic, and i found the taste and variety excellent.

The room curtains did not completely close, this let in early morning light. the worst part was a strong smell coming from the bathroom drain. housekeeping was poor. Little care was taken when the bed was made.

the breakfast buffet was really nice. it had many options. i found the themed decor super fun. the staff was helpful and friendly too.

my room was a bit small i think. the curtains in my room didn't close completely. i also noticed a strong smell of drains from the bathroom sometimes.

wide choice easy logistics

The breakfast offered a wide choice and was amazing. Parking was located right next to the hotel. This made logistics very easy.
