the location was central (i could walk to most attractions). the staff offered prompt assistance with luggage storage and retrieval.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

unadjustable air conditioning soft pillows

The staff was friendly.

I found the room quite warm. The air conditioning was centrally controlled and not adjustable for individual rooms. This made sleeping uncomfortable! the pillows were too soft. They provided extra pillows quickly, but it made no difference.
