The staff greeted me with such warmth, it seemed like coming home. My room was beautifully clean, and I appreciated the quality linens. The complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks were a good touch. I loved that it was easy to walk around to see sites, a major plus!
I noticed some minor wear on the hallway carpets, a very small detail though.

My room was cleaned daily and it had comfortable beds. the food was very fresh. Breakfast had a wide range of choice. anton gave me great advice for running routes. he also suggested a restaurant and gave me ferry directions.

The staff was very friendly. my room was spacious. breakfast was fabulous. i especially liked ordering off the menu, alongside the buffet. It felt special. the bar area was superb and i enjoyed relaxing there after exploring.
i did notice that some of the hall carpets seemed a bit worn out, suggesting they might need some attention.
