The room was very clean and well kept, and i appreciated the attention to detail. The meals offered a nice variety, and i especially liked the themed dinner nights. The location was central. I also found the staff to be very helpful and attentive.
The gym was small, and only had limited equipment.

The restaurant features a buffet with multiple stations including a salad bar, hot entrees, and desserts. There ARE gluten-free options and vegetarian dishes available. I saw the dining area was spacious with plenty of seating.

The front desk operates 24/7 and offers services such as luggage storage and currency exchange. I noticed staff members were multilingual and could assist in English, Spanish, and German.

The location is superb for entertainment. Bars and restaurants are very close. staff members were amazingly helpful. Nothing proved too much trouble for them. the hotel was super clean. Cleaning was perfect. i will definitely return!
I wanted extra coffee sachets. I think i needed to pay extra. i had my own though.

the rooms were spacious and stylish. the television included many english channels and even sky sports. the hotel location is ideal for bars and restaurants with a short walk to the beach.
i was disappointed with the restaurant closing time. we arrived late and received a bag with limited options. i also found the request to purchase additional coffee pods after the first two to be inconvenient.

The location was fantastic with easy access to local shops and restaurants! i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They were always available and ready to help! the room had coffee-making facilities, a nice extra. the hotel offers a variety of quality acts in the music lounge downstairs. It's super convenient.
the lifts seemed quite slow, so i sometimes opted for the stairs.

the twin room balcony was very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable! soundproofing was effective, eliminating noise from nearby establishments! fluffy towels were provided, and the shower was very powerful.
