a mixed bag experience
weak showerunsympathetic staff
The shower wasn't great. It barely dribbled water! and there were no shelves for my toiletries, so everything sat on the floor. i also found the 'fridge' was really just a glorified beverage cooler. as a breastfeeding mom, i needed to keep milk cold and was stressed about it. staff wasn't exactly sympathetic, suggesting i ask the kitchen to freeze my breastmilk.

i found the traffic noise from collins avenue disruptive. it woke me up repeatedly throughout the night, especially when drilling sounds occurred around 1 am.

I appreciated the attentive front desk staff, especially baverly and ana. They provided really good service and enhanced my vacation. the beach amenities were convenient. i found the hotel well maintained. enrique and blanca, added to the experience with their politeness.
I noticed the hotel lacked a microwave in the room. It would have been a nice addition for convenience.

the hotel offered a very spacious room, a king suite ocean front view. it included two bathrooms, amazing. i loved the super fun products available for purchase in the bathroom. there was also fantastic beach access with available sunbeds.
i noticed a slight issue with the shower. water tended to puddle at my feet during use.
